Searching for experienced Homewood Suites General Managers for our South Bend properties.

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily hotel activities, maintaining high-quality guest services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel properties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Manage financial performance and budgeting.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management - Hilton (preferred) or Marriott.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred but not required.

    • Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
