- Processes all teller financial transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy.
- Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote new banking services.
- Calculates daily transactions using appropriate technology.
- Maintains a work area that ensures the safety of all negotiables and confidential records.
- Communicates effectively with branch management and branch personnel.
- Manages difficult customer situations and responds promptly and appropriately.
- Ensures adherence to Teller cash limits.
- Ensures adherence to all bank policies including but not limited to BSA, dress codes, trial balances, etc.
- Reports to branches as assigned and runs teller drawer assigned by BOC/Head Teller at each
