Position SummaryProvision of admission services to potential patients and families consistent with the goals, definitions, philosophy, and purpose of Hospice of the Red River Valley. Provision of the initial patient admission and physical assessment for all patients being admitted to HRRV services. Identifies and coordinates initial medication and equipment needs and completes the initial plan of care for all admissions. This position is full-time, benefit eligible, and will be based out of our Detroit Lakes office location.
