What you'll do

As directed by a Case Manager, you will provide end-of-life care and various services for hospice patients throughout several counties, including health care, nutritional services, mobility assistance, bathroom assistance, medications, light housekeeping and running errands. We'll rely on you to observe, report and document patient status and offer empathetic support to patients and their families.

What it takes

  • STNA certification
  • 1-2 years of experience working as an STNA or hospice aide
  • Knowledge of hospice aide practices and procedures preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable vehicle (you'll use your own car), valid driver's license, insurance and acceptable driving record
