WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT- Provides a clinical basis to the ministry by sound, applied spiritual and psychological principles such as active listening, reflection, discussion, and prayer.
- Responds promptly to calls, providing spiritual and emotional support to patients and families.
- Serves in an on-call rotation and provides patient care outside of regular business hours.
- Functions as a part of an interdisciplinary team providing hospice care to patient and families.
- Documents patient care information and ensures timely and accurate completion of patient care records in accordance with policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's Degree- Divinity, Theology, Religion or Christian Spirituality- Required
- Master's Degree- Divinity, Theology, Religion or Christian Spirituality- Preferred
- Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)- Required
- Auto Insurance- Required
- Driver's License- Required
- 2 Years- Ministerial- Required
- 1 Year- Hospice- Preferred
- 1 Year- Healthcare- Preferred
