JOB PURPOSE:

WehaveanewandexcitingopportunityforaCommunityRelationsRepresentative.Wearelookingforadrivensales professional who will develop early and appropriate referrals by creating and sustaining business partnerships with referral sources to drive growth in our Hospice business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Develops,implements,andevaluatesquarterlyandannualterritoryplans,strategiesandactionstoachievebudgetedtargets.

2.Analyzesterritory,establishessalesgoals,andtogetherwithsalesmanager,writessalesplan.

3.Developsbusinessrelationshipsbymakingeffectivesalescontacts, meetings,andpresentations.

4.BuildsrelationshipswiththePruittHealthHospice stafftoensuretheofeffective communication with referral sources and.

5.BuildsrelationshipswithpartnersfromotherPruittHealthdivisionstoidentifyopportunitiestocollaborateandkeep patients within Pruitt's continuum of care.

6.Identifieskeyreferringphysicians,buildsthePruittHealthHospicebrand,andidentifiedopportunitiestoincrease referral volume from these offices.

7.Identifieskeyreferringpersonnelinhospitals,nursinghomes,andmanagedcareoperations,alongwithopportunitiesto increase referral volume from these sources.

8.Basic knowledgeof insurancecompaniesandotherpayersources.

9.Supportsandparticipatesinpromotionalactivities,salescampaignsandothergrowthinitiatives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

•Demonstratesprinciplesofthesalesprocessinahealthcareenvironment.

•Abletomanageaterritory,conductsalescallsandpresentations, andgeneratereferralsbybuildinglongterm business relationships.

•Abletodevelopclinicalknowledgebasetosupportsalesactivities.

•Effectiveverbalandwrittencommunicator,includingabilitytocommunicatewiththedifferentdisciplinesinthehealthcarefield.

•Abletoidentifyanddevelopnewreferralsources.

•FamiliarwithMSOfficeSuite(primarilyMSExcel,MS Word and MS PowerPoint).

•Comfortablewithvirtualworkingtoolsandvideoconferencingsoftware(Webex, Google Meet, Zoom,MSTeams).

•Abletomasteradditionalprofessionalsoftware.

•Maintainsprofessionalandclinicalcompetence.

•Participatesincenter/agencysurveys(Licensure/JCAHO)andanysubsequentlyrequiredreports.

•Attendsandparticipatesinmandatoryin-services.

•Honors patients/residents' rights to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property and civil rights, including the right to wage complaints.

•Complieswithcorporatecomplianceprogram.

•Reportsjob-relatedfunctions/tasksthatinvolveoccupationalhazardsincludingexposuretobloodandbodyfluidsand others as necessary.

•Followsestablishedsafetyregulations,toincludefireprotectionandprevention,smokingregulations,infectioncontroletc.

•Performsotherrelateddutiesasnecessaryandasdirectedbysupervisor.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree highly preferred

Extensive relevant industry experiencewith(2)yearsofcollegeorbusinessschooland/orequivalentcombinationofexperienceandtraining.
