The Director of Intake is responsible for directing the day to day operations of the Intake Coordination team.Qualifications:Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice with at least 1 year of hospice experience and two years of nursing experienceMust be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurancePatience, motivation, and a positive attitudeHospice or home health experience (Preferred)Great leadership skills with the ability to inspire the trust of othersBalance team and individual responsibilitiesGive and welcome feedbackExhibit objectivity and openness to others' views, contribute to holding each other accountable and building a positive team spiritPut the success of team above own interestsDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughnessMonitor and self-correct own work processes and outcomes; apply feedback from others to improve performanceRNOMA
