Qualifications:

• Board-certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Active Illinois medical license
• Experience in hospice care, particularly in inpatient settings
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Barrington CareCenter
• Compensation: Up to $230K + comprehensive benefits (401k with match, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, and more)

SCHEDULE: Hybrid role with office shifts and overnight on-call duties. Offering flexibility and collaboration with our APN to ensure a balanced schedule
