Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice LPN to provide high-quality care to patients in a hospice setting. The ideal candidate will support patients and their families during end-of-life care, ensuring comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Provide emotional support to patients and families
• Assist with daily living activities
• Document patient care accurately

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Nebraska
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
