Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospice Nurse at Southwest Christian Care. The Hospice Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medicine, and delivering palliative care to terminally ill patients. The role involves working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care for patients.

Qualifications

• Medicine, Nursing, and Palliative Care skills
• Experience in providing home care and direct patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered care approach
• Knowledge of end-of-life care principles and practices
• Active RN license in the state of Georgia
