Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse

• Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family after normal business hours on an on-call basis
• Manage an interdisciplinary group to enhance the quality of hospice care
• Evaluate patient/family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care for each patient
• Maintain all assigned patient clinical records
• Participate in company quality assessment and performance improvement programs

About You: We are looking for a candidate with a current RN license and 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology preferred. Compassion and empathy are essential qualities for this role.
