Overview

We're looking for a Hospice Recruiter to join our team.This position will directly report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and is responsible for completing the front-end recruitment life cycle and compliance processes for the hospice division according to the company's policies and procedures. As a part of this team, you will be solely responsible for reviewing all resumes and screening all applicants forall open positions within your assigned area/territory. This is a remote work from home position.

About You

+ Bachelor's degree

+ Minimum of 3 years' experience in front end full life cycle recruiting managing 40-60 openings preferably in a healthcare environment

+ A proven track record of being a top performer in a metrics driven environment

+ Proficient in recruiting technology (i.e., Boolean searches) and tools (i.e., Indeed, LinkedIn, texting software)

+ Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders

+ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
