Position Overview:As a Hospice Registered Nurse - Per Diem at Talbot Hospice, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and holistic care to patients and their families. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the care plan, ensuring the highest standards of comfort and support during this sensitive time. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting, and one (1) to two (2) years of recent experience in hospice or home care.Current Registered Nurse RN Licensure in State of Maryland and CPR certification.Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working orderPer diem RN's are required to work 2 weekend shifts within a 6 week period.
