Responsibilities
- Provide skilled professional nursing care and support to Hospice patient/family/caregivers
- To make night home visits to provide emotional support, symptom management, and pronounce death as needed
- Hours of work are 6:30 pm to 8:30 am
- Home Visits will require 1-2 hours with family
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Provide health care instructions to the patient as appropriate
- Record symptom management changes and outcomes
- Complete, maintain, and submit accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patient's condition and care given
- Record important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Flexible work day

Qualifications
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year' Professional nursing experience
- Preferred qualifications:
- 1year' Hospice Registered Nurse experience
