We are looking for an RN with experience in hospice, palliative, or aging service preferred and commited to embracing St. Paul Elder Services' core values of dignity, compassion, respect, hospitality, and stewardship.Hospice RN Case Manager is part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team who provides high-quality, person-centered end-of-life services/support including those living at our Kaukauna and Green Bay campuses as well for those living in a 5-county territory.
