- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification or UC Davis Health CPR
- Leadership experience.
- Basic knowledge to support Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies and Orthotics & Prosthetics.
- Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with hospital staff in a clear, concise, professional manner. Skill in organizing written material.
- Knowledge of appropriate information required for patient and supply record keeping.
- Skills and ability to work in stressful situations.
- Tact and diplomacy skills.
- Ability to provide and accept guidance and criticism.
- Knowledge and skill in the use of email, Excel, Word, and ability/ willingness to learn additional computer programs and systems.
