- Hospital cleaners sanitize rooms during patient's stays, and after patients are discharged.
- Tasks include vacuuming, mopping, changing bedding and re-stocking bathrooms.
- Position includes working with chemicals and coming in contact with bodily fluids.
Schedule
- Fulltime position, working 64 hours every two weeks
- Days | 8-hour shifts, typically from 6:00AM to 2:30PM. Shift times can change.
- Includes every 4th weekend and a holiday rotation.
Pay and Benefits
- Wage rates start at $16.98 per hour - higher with experience.
- Weekend shift differential is + $1.05 per hour.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
- Previous cleaning experience in health care facility preferred but not required.
- Ability to read, write simple task requests and reports, and communicate well with others required.
- Ability to use cleaning items and cleaning products, including but not limited to mops, floor cleaners, scouring pads, buffers and vacuums.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position during the assigned shift.
- Ability to care for equipment, measure cleaning products and be alert to potential hazards.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
