The Role:

The Hospital Clerk position is responsible to provide administrative support for the Supervisors and Managers of their specific department and their staff. Responsibilities include, creating and generating daily reports and providing administrative support to staff as needed.

What You'll Do:

* Tracks and logs all product inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses.

* Accepts deliveries of company products and stores them accordingly.

* Orders and restocks new supplies.

* Receives customer and client orders.

* Packs and ships orders for delivery.

* Inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items.

* Reports and returns damaged product.

* Uses WMS (Warehouse Management Software) programs to monitor inventory and balance accounts.

* Keeps warehouse area clean and organized.

* Reports to warehouse supervisor or management to alert them of any issues.

Who You Are:

* Must be able to adapt to change by working within different departments as needed.

* Ability to perform basic mathematics accurately including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.

* Must be able to accurately and readily fill out forms and paperwork.

* Reliable attendance is an essential requirement to perform the job successfully.

* Computer Skills: WMS Warehouse Software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of RF technology.

What You've Done:

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* 0-6 months of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Work Environment:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

* While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.

* The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

* Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.

* Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.

* Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.

* Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel Required.

This is a full-time position. As an International Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role may operate in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. This role may also operate in a warehouse environment subject to inside environmental conditions with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. This role may also be subject to loud noise due to conveyor systems and material handling equipment and routinely uses standard personal protective equipment.
