Ensure delivery of high quality communication services to employees, associated physician offices, vendors, partners, patients and their families. Implement workflow processes and procedures for establishing and maintaining effective communications between all departments.Bachelors Degree required.10 years of call center experience required.10 years of leadership experience required.Oversee Team Coordinators who oversee hospital operators for the Sentara system (12 hospitals and 4 emergency centers). Operations is 24/7/365. We help connect patients, families, providers and care teams to keep everyone informed. We manage Sentara's emergency notification system to keep everyone safe.
