Job DescriptionStamford Hospital's prestigious pharmacy team is seeking a skilled full-time pharmacist to join the mission and ensure effective delivery of pharmaceutical care to all our patients. This pharmacist will report to the Director of Pharmacy and are responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care with an emphasis on accuracy and patient safety. The right incumbent for this role will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide comprehensive, person-centered pharmaceutical services. These services include medication delivery, therapeutic recommendations, and promotion of optimal drug therapy through policy development.
