Salary: Hourly rate of $60-$65 per hour (negotiable based on experience), plus tuition reimbursement and relocation assistance (if necessary) Job Summary: The Pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare providers, staff, and patients to deliver exceptional pharmacy care. This role involves engaging with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate medication dispensing in a supportive and innovative work environment. Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to optimize care.
• Prepare and verify medications for dispensing.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Provide patient counseling and answer inquiries.
• Manage inventory and oversee pharmacy technicians.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree (Pharmacy) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• IL State Pharmacist License (or willingness to transfer).
• Certifications in Immunization Delivery and Medication Therapy Management preferred.
• Experience in compounding and long-term care pharmacy is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
