The Hospital Social Worker will join a team of tenured medical professionals at an outstanding 25+ bed critical access hospital. The Hospital Physical Therapist will report to a Director of Physical, join a team of compassionate professionals dedicated to restoring function and minimizing disability following disease, injury or loss. As a Hospital Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, test and administer medically prescribed therapy programs that will assist patients in improving physical function, mobility, health and learn to safely live within their limits of their abilities.
As the Hospital Physical Therapist, you will organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. You will help patients reach their maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within their capabilities.
