| Britt, IA |Britt, IA| Full-time |Full-time| Estimated: $33K - $41.7K a year |Estimated: $33K - $41.7K a year| 2 days ago | 2 days ago |2 days ago|RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for greeting patients, obtaining required information to include insurance and identification, answering phones and transferring call appropriately, registering and scheduling patients in electronic health record, collecting payments and preparing any additional items as requested for patient appointments for all hospital and clinic departments. HOURS: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period, Shifts will be 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday- Friday. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent with organizational skills that include attention to detail. Must have excellent customer service skills and computer skills. Experience in a health care setting preferred. Must be able to multi-task and handle frequent interruptions. Must be able to build positive working relationship.
