Job Description:

One of Insight Global's healthcare clients is looking for a Hospital Representative to join their team. Day to day duties include assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance and possible other hospital, state, or federal requirements. They must ensure accurate documentation of patient information and work in a timely manner. The Hospital Representative will interview patients in a hospital, or office, setting to compete necessary forms. They will also verify health insurances, and work directly with patients and/or family, employers, banks and federal/state offices for additional information.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Interpersonal skills - written and verbal
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
• Ability to learn and work with multi-State Medicaid eligibility regulations
• Covid Vaccine REQUIRED

* Physical exam, PPD screening, and immunization records are required*
