Hospital RN 1st Shift $60/hr Join the team at a teaching hospital dedicated to providing care to patients from both public agencies and private sector providers. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, cost-effective healthcare to economically and socially disadvantaged patients with dignity and respect. We are currently hiring for the 1st shift with an immediate start, offering a competitive pay rate of $60/hr.Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the clinical support team (MD, NP, nurses, social workers, therapists, dieticians) to meet patient needs and track care outcomes
- Operate within a primary nursing model, holding accountability for a designated group of patients
- Engage in care planning activities, promoting patient autonomy and individual choices wherever possible
- Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record
- Mentor and coach all staff, including PCAs and LPNs
Qualifications:- RN License in MA
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital RN experience
