A public health and teaching hospital in Jamaica Plain, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team. - Collaborate with other clinical support team members to meet patient needs and monitor care outcomes
- Adhere to best practice recommendations and implement evidence-based interventions to ensure optimum patient outcomes
- Practice in a primary nursing model and maintain accountability for a set of assigned patients
- Document appropriately in the electronic medical record
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license holder in MA
- Experience in acute, subacute, or ambulatory care settings preferred
- Prior experience in a hospital setting
