Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition function across the California and other PMH Regions. Partners with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to update, maintain, and problem solve issues with the Applicant Tracking System and talent acquisition process. Generates awide range of recruitment reports and metrics and provides analysis and recommendations based on themes in data.

  • Ensures job requisitions are assigned to appropriate job category and recruitment staff. Ensures data integrity through audit checks and by building/adhering to admin standards. Provides ad hoc reports as requested by the Talent Acquisition Director. Monitors and posts internal and external job postings. Analyzes themes in data errors and advises resolutions. Identifies potential FLSA and compensation discrepancies. System used: Oracle, Linkedin
  • Monitors the full-cycle Healthcare Source/Criteria Applicant Assessment and SkillSurvey Reference Assessment Process; identifies obstacles, red flags, discrepancies and resolves issues using judgement to determine potential risk. Systems Used: SkillSurvey Reference Assessment and HealthcareSource/Criteria Applicant Assessment
  • Manage internal TA reference documents, recruiter assignment sheet
  • Sourcing and Applicant Screening, per assigned positions
  • Researches and analyzes issues/processes to problem-solve, identify training opportunities. Coordinates recruitment/interview events and job postings. Provides external and internal customer support via email and phones. Promotes ERP to new hires. Covers workload of ATS Analyst in their absence, including backup trainer. Attends job fairs/events as needed. Assists with other related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned. Coordinates and provides training for new staff members. Provides technology and process updates to staff as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Three (3) years of experience working in a recruitment-related role
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
  • Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Computer literacy and proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • PHR Certification
  • Prior Human Resource experience in a Hospital setting
  • Prior experience with Oracle ATS and/or HRIS

Pay Rate: Min - 23.27 | Max - $34.90
