Hospitalist Location: Hannibal, MO Job Duties: Manage overall treatment plan for unassigned hospital patients and coordinate provision of care by other medical/surgical specialists as needed through the referral of patients to medical specialists, social services or other professionals as appropriate. Serve as liaison with family and other physicians/programs. Ensure patient#s primary care physician is kept informed of medical condition/treatment throughout hospital stay. Position Requirements:## Must have M.D., D.O., or foreign degree equivalent. Must have or be immediately eligible for Missouri medical license. Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine, or be in the final year of ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency program.
