Location: El Dorado,AR, USA
The Hospitality Aide is expected to perform duties in compliance with state and federal regulations and policies. Employment in this position MAY lead to training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) based on job performance. SPONSORSHIP IS CONTENGIENT UPON COURSE COMPLETION AND A CONTRACT. The Hospitality Aide may not perform direct patient care.
Some of the primary responsibilities and duties of the position:
1. Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine resident needs.
2. Distributes linens, makes beds.
3. Serves and collects food trays, performs tray monitor.
4. Passes fluids, nourishments to residents who do not require assistance.
5. Cleans utility rooms, storage areas, and resident rooms/closets/drawers.
6. Stocks supplies, empties soiled linen and incontinence barrels.
7. May be assigned to clean, disinfect, and store bedpans, bedside commodes, urinals, and other supplies by licensed nurse, commensurate with Hospitality Aide abilities.
8. Changes bed linens, runs errands, directs visitors, and answers telephones
9. Other duties as assigned appropriate to the position.
