As our Hospitality Coordinator, you will support the operations of Guest Services, ensuring seamless service in administrative support, reporting and internal relationship management. You will also manage the repository of guest feedback, working diligently behind the scenes to support the evolution and elevation of Village services and guest experiences.

What you will be doing

• Providing administrative support for the Manager of Guest Services, including calendar management, meeting logistics and scheduling travel
• Coordinating the guest feedback management process, responding to any incoming comments, building reports and providing analysis of the data with all relevant departments
• Managing the Hospitality team schedules, budgets and Village activation tracker to coordinate department efforts and keep all employees informed
• Assist in key initiatives within the department and coordinate efforts across each project taskforce to support initiatives across the finish line on time and within budget

• Previous experience in an administrative support role, ideally serving multiple departments or function heads
• Possessing a background in the hospitality or luxury retail industries
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to engage with colleagues with impact and influence
• Fluency in English; any additional languages would be beneficial
• Ability to prioritize and maintain an eye for detail
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Web3 (ideal) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (required for your success)
