The Hospitality Internship Program is a 10-week opportunity for college students to gain real-life experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Participants will work in disciplines such as Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail & Attractions, or Food & Beverage, with exposure to other areas across the brand. This program provides on-the-job training, professional development, and the opportunity to be considered for future internships, full-time positions, or the Management Development Program.
Pay: $18 per hour
- 10-weeks in a frontline position in disciplines such as Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail & Attractions, or Food & Beverage
- 1 job-shadow week to experience different disciplines and exposure to HR, Sales, and Aquatics
- Presentation of a meaningful project to the lodge leadership team

Responsibilities:
- Work in key frontline roles such as Front Desk Agent, Room Attendant, F&B Attendant, Server, Retail & Attractions Attendant, Entertainment Ambassador, etc.
- Complete assigned project and present to lodge leadership team
- Participate in a professional development series to develop soft and technical skills
- Adhere to daily operating and safety procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree program
- Available to complete at minimum a 10-week program (May to August)
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA minimum
- Experience utilizing basic math skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
