Approximate hours: Sunday 12:30pm-8:30pm; Monday through Thursday 5am-10:00am and 4pm-7:00pm.Coordinates and oversees all areas of food service kitchen, one-year volunteers and short-term volunteers serving in kitchen while showing hospitality to guests.Hosting, facilitating, and cooking for mission groups, WorkFest, YouthFest, retreats, and other CAP functions as needed.Coordinates incoming short-term kitchen volunteers, and one-year volunteers serving as cooks/hosts while creating a fun and engaging atmosphere to foster a love for serving in the kitchen (creating a pipeline of volunteers needed to serve larger groups (i.e. Fests).Coordinates scheduling/maintenance work orders, and space utilization for assigned location, serves as Safety Monitor for assigned building.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent General Studies Required3 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experiencePossess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record RequiredNon-Contagious TB Test Result Required CPR and First Aid (or ability to obtain) RequiredCAP Driving Certification (or Ability to Obtain) RequiredFood Handler RequiredPhysical Requirements: Ability to reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, stand, walkLift 48 lb from floor and carry 40 ft and place on shelf at 36 inchesLift 18 lb from floor to shelf at 102 inch, using a step ladder if neededPush with 45 lb of force for 5 ftLifts/moves items with unknown weight or that are awkward shapes and sizes with assistanceHave good visual acuity with corrective lensesHave good hearing capabilities
