ABOUT THE MANAGER IN TRAINING ROLE:As a Hospitality/Front-of-House Manager in Training (MIT), you will receive targeted training for an entry-level management role. You will learn and apply FLIK Hospitality Group's best practices in areas such as marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain, hiring, training, payroll, and profit and loss. Training includes hands-on experience at a designated location and participation in Compass Group's Accelerated Manager Program (AMP). Successful completion of AMP may require relocation within your region for placement opportunities. Full-time management placement or promotion upon AMP completion depends on performance and business needs. This program can be completed in 12 weeks or more, depending on your learning needs, your pace, and the goals of your particular sector.
