The Position: Perform efficiently and effectively within the Hospitality Administration functions of the Lab Resources area, Courses Restaurant or Bakery Café or Courses Catering Position Requirements:

- Go beyond the easiest or surface answer for a student or instructor, or an internal or external customer, and get to the root cause of the problem, question or issue to solve it as quickly and professionally as possible.
- Reliable - has the ability to maintain scheduled hours
- Is willing to step into any role outside of receiving and assist with front of house, back of house, or events that may require lab tech assistance
