The Role We are looking to employ an energetic, and enthusiastic individual who genuinely cares about delivering the best possible experience for people. You will form part of a friendly, motivated team providing a unique front of house and hospitality experience by paying attention to detail and to the needs of people. Key Duties & Responsibilities Is multi-skilled and flexible to work across CentreStage FOH and Caf Bar. Relevant experience in hospitality essential. Has a knowledge of food and beverage standards and training. To work at pace on behalf of customers and action requests quickly, ensuring guests always receive the highest standard of customer service. To promote a welcoming and happy atmosphere within the venue. To take orders and serve customers with efficiency. Handle cash, stock, and equipment in a secure manner. Is well-organised and can work in a systematic way. Ability to work as part of a team with colleagues across all departments throughout CentreStage and has strong communication skills. Be able to upsell general sales & promote shows, performances, and events. Must be able to commit to the hours advertised, demonstrating a flexible attitude, and able to work weekend and evenings.
