**What You'll Do:**

Responsibilities of the Host Account Representative include but are not limited to:

* Serve as dedicated liaison to Hosts. Hosts are Licensed Lottery Retailers with a liquor license authorizing on-premises consumption that may seek a recommendation from the Lottery to add Lottery Sports Gaming. Approximately 2,626 current retailers may meet the requirements to become Hosts licensed by the Ohio Casino Control Commission.

* Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with Hosts.

* Assist Hosts with the licensing process. Receive, review and approve applications. Verify compliance with Ohio Lottery standards. Present denied applications for further review and process notifications to Host applicants regarding resolution.

* Educate Host applicants on Ohio Casino Control Commission licensing requirements and assist with submissions.

* Verify Hosts ongoing compliance with Ohio Lottery regulations and performance expectations.

* Assist Host with Proprietor selection and contract execution.

* Track equipment selection, installation, and maintenance.

* Provide Host staff training, responsible gambling messaging, and other support components.

* Monitor Proprietor performance related to field support and customer service for Hosts and communicate deficiencies to the program director.

* Review and approve Host promotional programs and messaging.

* Perform other duties and work on special projects.

**Qualifications**

Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management science or public administration; 2 years training or 2 years experience in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position.

-Or completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file; 2 years training or 2 years experience in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position or staff position involving planning, research &/or policy/procedure development.

-Or 4 years training or 4 years experience in business administration management science or public administration.

-Or 1 year experience as Program Administrator 1, 63122.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above

**MAJOR WORKER CHARACTERISTICS**

Knowledge of Ohio Lottery Commission & Office of Executive rules, regulations, policies & procedures*; Sports Gaming rules, regulations, policies & procedures*; Ohio Lottery Commission Customer Service Standards*; Business administration, management science or public administration; Public relations; Training and development; Ohio Casino Control Commission licensing rules, regulations, policies & procedures*; Sports Gaming equipment*; Word processing, spreadsheet & database software packages; Lottery specific software applications required for Sports Gaming*. Skilled in Operation of personal computer. Ability to Gather, collate & classify information about data, people or things; Define problems, collect data, establish facts & draw valid conclusions; Deliver speeches before government officials & general public; Write letters, papers & reports; Handle sensitive telephone & face-to-face inquiries & contacts with general public.
