Lutheran Services in Iowa currently seeks a full-time **Statewide Manager of Host Home Services.** The Host Home Manager will be responsible for the oversight and growth of the program. This position has the flexibility of remote work, but must be able to travel statewide for business need, as required.

**What You'll Do**

Our innovative Host Homes program provides 24/7 care to adults with disabilities who thrive in a one-on-one setting. Individuals move into a private family home with a specially-selected mentor, where they can receive personalized care and build strong relationships. The Statewide Manager of Host Home Services will plan, direct and oversee the administration of all Host Home services. The position provides oversight of programing to ensure consistency in the delivery of services across all homes. Responsible to train and supervise regional contract monitors, operate within budget, and ensure compliance with state, federal and accreditation agencies.

**What You'll Need**

Required: Bachelor's Degree in health or human service related-field, or education, plus seven years experience in the field of disability services and/or mental health care and five years proven supervisory and/or leadership experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

LSI employees must have a valid driver license and pass a series of employment background and reference checks.
