JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing superior guest service including but not limited to seating and greeting the guest
- Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix which is part of internal control section 465a.7.
- Controls the seating of guests as appropriate to ensure the best guest experience.
- Takes reservations (if applicable) in a timely and efficient manner.
- Routine manual labor including but not limited to clearing of tables, moving tables and chairs, dust mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming and simple operation of basic equipment.
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification
- Must complete all required company training
