A Dennys Host or Hostess has a Guests First attitude, engaging in friendly conversation with guests as you perform duties such as: Responsibilities include:Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into our restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience. Engaging in friendly conversation as you suggest new menu items, process payments, make correct changes, and help with the beverage orders for guests. Completing side work, cleaning, and assisting other team members as needed. Essential Functions. Must have the ability to raise a tray weighing up to 25 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, wipe, lift, and grasp. Must have sufficient mobility to move and operate in the work area.
