Why We Need Your Talents:
Greets restaurant guests with a positive, friendly attitude. Ensures guests are seated in a timelymanner, and that the guest has a favorable dining experience. You may also handle phone calls, answer customers' questions about the restaurant and menu, and assist restaurant staff when necessary.
Available Friday, Saturday & Sunday. 25-30 hours per week.
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Greeting/welcoming and seating guests.
- Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections.
- Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurants.
- Assisting wait/bar staff.
- Responsible for assisting with bussing and resetting tables.
- Responsible for cleaning host area and entrance to the restaurant.
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.

Must-Haves:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- Experience: Customer service experience dealing directly with customers.
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach, while assisting guests.
- Use of stairs and elevators
