- Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant
- Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table
- Giving guests accurate wait time estimates
- Responsible for knowing restaurant and company information, including, but not limited to, hours of operations, directions, awareness of neighborhood, and sister properties.
- Be aware of regular guests/VIPs
- Organized and efficient
- Excellent communicator with the bar, service, kitchen and management staff.
- Understand all of the restaurants main dining room seating and configurations
- Understanding that we require a positive and professional attitude in the workplace
