SUMMARY OF JOB This multi function position is responsible for maintaining residential/patient tray and dining room services, preparation and delivery of individual nourishments for residents and patients, and maintaining unit pantry. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent. Certification in Food Sanitation/Safety is desired. Good general math skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Good communication skills required. Flexible scheduling required. Ability to direct and motivate staff.
