Description
Essential Functions:
+ Greets and seats customers.
+ Supplies guests with information on services available on property.
+ Answers phone calls and directs them appropriately.
+ Accurately makes and cancels reservations.
+ Effectively maintains waitand quote times.
+ Takes orders over the phone, ensures all items are in a bag and ready for the guests.
+ May handle cash transactions at the host stand.
+ Accommodates any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, etc.
+ Performs other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge/Work Experience:
+ Must be 18 years or older
+ High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
+ Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
+ Previous experience in gourmet or fine-dining preferred
+ Must have a NYS Food Handlers Permit
