Greet and welcome all guests with warmth and hospitality, adhering to company standards, and seating them promptly. Coordinate seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring a balanced workload for wait staff across all sections. Foster and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and courteously. Manage telephone inquiries and reservations, utilizing proper phone etiquette and maintaining accurate reservation records. Familiarize oneself with the Calabra food and beverage menus to provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries. Ensure cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house environment, including the reception area and dining sections. Assist in coordinating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience, such as coordinating special requests or events. Qualifications:
Availability during midday and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. Demonstrated commitment to exceeding guest expectations with every interaction. Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
