We are looking for a friendly, organized, and outgoing Hostess to join our team. As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring timely seating of guests.
Provide guests with menus and inform them of any special promotions.
Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries, including taking reservations.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the hostess stand.
Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth service flow.
Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
