As a Host Person, you will be instrumental in the restaurant team's success, offering exceptional guest service with a warm and inviting first impression. We prioritize friendly, courteous, and professional interactions to ensure our guests depart with unforgettable experiences.Essential Job Functions:* Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness* Extend a warm greeting to guests upon arrival and express gratitude for their patronage upon departure* Continuously replenish beverages and condiments, paying special attention to coffee and tea, while regularly checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction* Receive, record, and coordinate reservations and special events at the restaurant* Aid with rolling silverware, replenishing condiments, and restock supplies as needed* Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstationsPhysical Demands:* Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs* Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areasWage: $15.00/ hr plus tipsQualifications:Education:* High school diploma or its equivalentExperience:* Minimum 1-year Host Person experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred* Hotel experience preferred* Food Handlers Certification requiredSpire Hospitality, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and veterans
