Job DetailsJob LocationGlobal Leadership Network - South Barrington, ILPosition TypeFull-Time (Exempt)Education Level2 Year DegreeJob CategoryNonprofit - Social ServicesDescriptionHost Site Operations CoordinatorPurpose: To support the growth of the Global Leadership Summit through coordination and care for GLS Host Site Event Managers and Promotional Strategists, in addition to facilitating the Field Director's new host site onboarding.Global Leadership Network (GLN) is a nonprofit organization located in South Barrington, Illinois. Our purpose is to introduce more people to Jesus and fully follow Him. We accomplish this by serving pastors and equipping churches in order to inspire Kingdom-oriented leaders around the world through the Global Leadership Summit and other leadership development resources.The Global Leadership Summit is attended by 60,000+ leaders in 400 sites (primarily churches) throughout the United States. The Summit is translated into 50+ languages and held in over 800 sites in 110 countries reaching over 240,000 international leaders from September to April.Benefits (PT30-FT): Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, retirement savings with company match, generous paid time off, mental health counseling reimbursement, and more.Job Status: Full-Time, Regular, ExemptPosition Team: United States Field Team (USFT)Reports to: Field Service Operations DirectorHybrid Work Schedule: This position currently has a hybrid schedule which includes working in the office Tuesday through Thursday for two scheduled Core Weeks each month and the option to work from home or in the office on Mondays, Fridays, and Tuesday through Thursdays during non-Core Weeks.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support assigned Field Directors' prospective Host Site efforts, sending agreements, and performing the onboarding processes.
  • Resource Event Managers and Promotional Strategists with prompt extra mile service providing direction and seizing interactions to encourage engagement in best practices for each role.
    • Help with account creation and editing
    • Facilitate registration changes as needed
  • Maintain Host Site Training Manager's training initiatives as directed
    • Participate inwebinars and/or video creation
    • Post webinars and Summit Central content updates
    • Build and organize monthly Team Lead Emails for Partner Host Sites
    • Post corresponding Team Lead Updates and Latest Messages in Summit Central
  • Coordinate Summit planning necessities for Event Managers
    • Secure and track all Partner Host Site Certificates of Insurance (COIs), evacuation plans, and shipping addresses
    • Review Partner Host Site confirmation letters entries to ensure accurate site details for guests
    • Communicate with Partner Host Sites regarding notebook & name badge shipments
    • Participate in Hotline during the Summit to support the Host Site Event Managers & Promotional Strategists (Tue-Friday of Summit week)
    • Collaborate with Finance to set up all host sites as needed for Revenue Share payments (vendor forms, W-9, and ensure ACH set-up)
    • Support Revenue Share payment delivery post Summit through statement creation and entry into Bill.com
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the position's manager.
  • Support training events as directed
  • Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with manager, team meetings, all-staff meetings, and cross-functional meetings, as needed.
QualificationsSkills and Qualifications:
  • High capacity for managing multiple priorities, planning & executing tasks
  • Keen sense for detail, organization, and proficient at optimizing work processes
  • Self-starter and able to work independently due to staff team remote work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, instills trust, and effective at working collaboratively with others
Education, Experience, and Other Requirements:
  • Associate degree (preferred)
  • Fluent in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Salesforce, Brushfire familiarity a plus
  • 2-3 years' experience in marketplace or non-profit arena
  • A vital relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and an active participant of a local church that holds to a historic, orthodox understanding of biblical Christianity
