We are seeking an outgoing Hostess to greet and seat Residents and guests in a professional manner. The Hostess will be responsible for managing traffic flow and balancing the serving responsibilities among the food servers.
**$500 Sign on Bonus for Full Time- includes nights and weekends**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Functions as the Resident services contact person during meal periods.
* Responsible for processing guest meal changes
* Controls dining room flow of Residents and guests during meal periods
* Assists with orientation and training of new Dining Room personnel.
* Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
* Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation and hygiene.
* Announces meal period specials.
* Monitors dining room services and food availability on an ongoing basis to ensure prompt and courteous dining service.
* Assists in performing table service functions when podium door services has ceased.
* Assists in proper table setting services and bussing as needed.
* Attend all-in-services as required.
* Perform all other reasonable tasks assigned by our supervisor.
**Job Requirements**
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* One (1) year experience in fine dining preferred.
