Duties and responsibilities:
* Demonstrate self-confidence and a high level of commitment when in service
* Have a correct and conscious behavior with regards to guests, colleagues and the resort's property, reporting every suspicious circumstance to management
* Provide excellent service at all times
* Ensure that reservations are handled in a friendly and professional manner
* Assist guests courteously and efficiently
* Set up tables as per the standard
* Collect and update guests' database
* Organize the menus for each service and ensure that they are cleaned and in good condition, also checking the menus' stock level
* Present menus and wine lists, also assisting during service
* Collect daily newspapers and set them up accordingly
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-years experience in a similar position, preferably within the luxury environment
* Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
* High standard of verbal communication, social skills and up-selling skills
* Flexible and willing to work on evenings/weekends/holidays
* Able to handle multiple tasks at once
