JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Warmly greet customers as they enter and thank them when they exit, informing them about specials or new items and answering questions.
* Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
* Restock shelves and display areas as needed.
* Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
* Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints
* Monitor PAR levels for all retail items to ensure proper levels.
* Assist with End of month inventories.
* Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of High School education,
* Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Team player
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally
* Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
* Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
* Basic mathematical skills as needed to make change and give refunds
* Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
